We believe in "Invisible Tech, Visible Trust". While our AI sounds human, we operate with transparency regarding automated decision-making.

• Disclosure: We are transparent that calls are processed by AI.
• Human Review: You have the right to request human intervention for any decision made by our AI (e.g., booking availability).
• Accuracy: Our AI is trained on your specific business rules to minimise errors ("hallucinations").

International Transfers

Some of our processors (OpenAI, Twilio) are based in the USA. We ensure your data is protected through:

• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
• The UK-US Data Bridge.
• Strict Data Processing Agreements.
